gauge cluster

I have a ss/sc 160 mph gauge cluster and I recently replaced the gauge face with an aftermarket black cat customs. I was really careful taking the needles off. now I have it back in and everytime I shut the car off for a while the needles down and when I turn the car on don't come all the way up to 0 mph and the right rpms. has anyone ever had this problem or know what I should do?

thanks guys

Plain and simple you're needles aren't where they are supposed to be. Good luck trying to get them back into the right spots.
