gauge cluster needles??????????

so this weekend i replaced my guage cluster with white face guages, i had to remove the needles to do so, now everytime i turn the car on the needles alwyas seem to jump about a half inch or so, i adjust them to where they should be, 0 mph and about 900 rpm when i am sitting still, how can i fix this or why does it keep doing this?

you have to zero them before you put the cluster back together. you need to apply a power and ground to cluster and it will self zero. I used a computer ower supply for mine i did it inside my house to avoid any confussion. Also make sure you do one gauge at a time.

my rpms shoot to about 2k then idle at about 900 rpm, i am going to unplug and plug it adjust then plug it back in. i bought these a few years back off e-bay they are just really really cheap ones i think i paid like 20 bucks for them, they just stick onto the stock ones, i'll post some pics.
