The adjusters are the bolts on the back of the housing. Couldn't tell you which one does what, I'm still trying to figure that out myself. All I know is that the ones next to the low beam do the low beam, and the ones next to the high beam do the high beam (obviously). You're gonna need an 8mm socket and an extension. They are a major pain in the ass to aim, so good luck.

And IDK why you're car won't start.

adjustment is done by the two bolts below the projector lens on the back of the housing. It's not a vertical /horiztonal adjustment though. Basically the left one will push or pull (depending on if you are tightening or loosening the bolt) on the bottom left corner of the lens, and the right one will either push or pull on the bottom right corner of the lens. It's a painful procedure to go through. Lots of trial and error and I found that the direction the beam points changes a fair amount when you tighten down the bolts that hold the headlights in the car. So good luck and be patient! lol

As for the flickering it sounds like a bad ground, loose connection or else a broken wire. If you used t-taps or splices check those for breaks in the wires or bad contact. I'm not really sure why your car wouldn't start though.... battery drained due to a short, or maybe your bcm picked up a charge from a short in the headlight wiring? Shooting in the dark a bit here, but I'm sure someone else can chime in and help you figure it out.

EDIT: Just a note about aiming... if you want your light to move vertically, turn both bolts in the same direction the same number of turns (effectively pushing or pulling on both bottom corners of the lens). To do horizontal, turn the bolts in opposite directions the same number of turns.

Just go in small increments and keep in mind that if you tighten one bolt, and then decide you went too far and back it off - the light will move pretty unpredictably because of the play in the threads of the bolts, and will probably wind up way off the mark. So try to go in one direction in small amounts to avoid overshooting where you want it to be.
