GM stage 2 squeak

I recently had gm stage 2 installed and now get a squeaking noise while cruising. It's not a loud squeak or anything, just one your hear when you're not around traffic. I was thinking belt slip, but while searching most people said they noticed that while at high rpms. I'm getting my squeak noise while just applying a little gas at low rpms while just cruising around at normal speed. After 5-10 minutes of drving the squeak seems to go away, though I don't drive much than that at a time. Could this be belt slip, maybe the SC bearings? Or should I just deal since it seems to go away after the car warms up. Any ideas? Thanks.

That sounds like what happened when they put my timing set on. He first installed the belt on crooked. One rib was on the edge of the pulley making it squeek a bit.
