I think the only thing not covered under the 36000 mile bumper to bumper is the clutch...normal wear and tear item

depends on what gets broken. If something goes wrong due to the cai then yes its not going to be covered by your warrenty

Well im about to go back into the chevy dealer here. the sealtbelt CONSTANTLY falls out of the **** holder they have it in. So once i go to pull it on it cuts into the side of the seat and they claim wear and tear and im about to tell him to choke on a dick.

when ballin out? o boy.

but doesn't sound like an exhaust leak. as far as water, it very well may just be condensation. water will drip off of the low spots on the exhaust. the pipes go from cold to very hot in a very short matter of time, so that's not unusual.

about CAI, or anything aftmk. Return your car to as close as stock as you can. They don't like knowing someone other than a cert'd chevy tech is touching the car. Once I get the ammo I want to take my car in for a new short block I put everything back to factory. I have heard of GM voiding coverage due to aftermarket performance parts = exceeding factory thresholds and general abuse due to the theory of "souping" up your car.

i don't see him saying what was denied for what reason anywhere. if so, you're right, reading > me. but he said he was denied for exhaust and intake. so from that info you can only assume that they're not fixing his seats for that reason as well, which is bs.
