gm warranty
basically, like i always say, they saw a young kid that has a car that's not stock. easy way to get out of doing warranty work. unless the op wants to get a lawyer and fight it, which the dealer knows is a slim chance, especially since he'll probably have to ask his parents to help with the lawyer. parents call the dealer, and the dealer says "sorry sir. your son has aftermarket parts on his car, and we can't fix it under warranty". the parents will probably say "ok, thanks" and then go yell at the op for buying a car like that.
this may not happen in this particular case, but it's what happens many times when a warrenty is "voided" like this.

lol ok guys to clear things up the seats were not fixed because they told me that there is something constantly rubbing the inside part which means i must have some disease that i dont know about that makes me move all the time while sitting lol and the exhaust isnt fully aftermarket lol it looks like the cut like 4 foot in and put an after market muffler and then welded it back on lol.
I Feel Loved That You Guys Are Actually Helping Out On This One Lol Im Going To Tell Them To Prove Everything There Saying Now.

I don't really understand what the problem is with Gm, but even if you were to keep the car stock, they would still try to find some excuse as to why they can't fix it. So that is why I have someone that is Gm certified to work on my car.
yea i got 30k
it would be nice to caught a break know they say its my cold air intake making the weird noise or my supercharger but there not for sure they want me to drive it with them but the only problem is there like 30 to 40 minutes away and my work hours conflict with there hours.
quick question when buying a used car off the lot and it already has modifications on it am i responsible for what the modification may have done or is the dealer that sold supposed to back the modifications that were on it.

hey bbbevans89....where you live in MD... sounds like the dealer i took mine too...i have recaros and the threads were starting to come undone and also the blaack was doing what you were doing... wouldnt cover it under warrent due to 'wear and tear' but mine with 30K on it
also same common issue with gunmetal rims... no go as well. they said it was due to rocks and curb rash, but theres is not one scratch or indent left from a curb or rock... sucks they wont cover something like this with such low miles
