Hey guys, just real quick question but what is the diameter of the neck on the filter for the GMPP intake. I am looking to get an AEM filter to replace it and I want to make sure I get the right size. The element looks like it is the 5" but I just wanted to see if anyone knew the size for sure. Thanks

i measured it before, but i forget the exact size, it was like 3" or 3.25" something like that, I could measure it tomorrow but its dark now, if you dont have an answer by tomorrow Ill measure for u. if you get a filter let me know how it fits, I was thinkin about getttin an aem dryflow when this one gets dirty, but the gm one has the neck offset to fit under the hood, Im not sure the aem one would fit.

 

Search, I know this has been done. Someone even posted the AEM part number too. If you do it let me know if it feels better to you.
