Got two problems..
Got two problems..
Hey guys, I'm new to the site and I have two problems with my car. Both are minor (I think) and don't detract from my enjoyment of the car. First is that my CD player gives me a Check Disc error on start up and when I press eject it says no disk. There is a CD in the player but I could care less about that. I don't know a ton about CD players but I would really love to have it fixed.
My second problem is my turn signal. I have to turn the thing off manually every time I use it. I have gotten used to driving with it but it's still kind of annoying. I haven't' taken my car in with these problems because I don't feel like being charged $80 an hour in labor to fix a problem that I feel like I can handle myself. Hopefully you guys can give me some advice. Much appreciated!

I don't know CD players, But when I had a similar issue in my cavalier i had to fold up a piece of paper or something small enough to fit and tap on the CD and hit eject button at the same time. (It happened when I hit hard bumps) maybe this could be a sign to upgrade lol.. Just a suggestion.

Very likley the little lens that reads the CD is out of alignment or has something on it preventing it from fully working
