So I had taken in my car for just a mount and balance. Dealer calls me up and says your front strut is leaking oil and your swaybar links are bad. So they replace both struts and swaybar links and do an alignment under warranty. Purpose of this post: How many dealers voluntarily look for problems and fix them under warrant. Also car rides much better now. less clunky.

 

well they are supposed to do the inspection. lol, but props for a good dealer

 

the dealer gets paid by gm for doing warrenty work. if they are slow, they will hunt for work.

 

thats bad ass i think im fixing to take mine in and have them look and tell me if im intercooler pump is out

yeah but even waranty work sucks.. i dont get paid jack S#%@ on waranty work lol.

 

I did this, and they said when i called them that my car doesnt have an intercooler pump, I laughed so hard and called the guy on the phone an idiot. He tried to argue with me forever.

went outside and hit the pump with a hammer because stu told me to and now it works lol

 

as its true, warrnety work is better than being sent home and not making any money
