So I have this problem with my left turn signal (is it also the parking light?) Like sometimes the light will be on, sometimes not... and then it wouldn't blink when i turned on the blinker....

I replaced the bulb, it didn't fix it. Took it to dobbs and they told me something about the turn signal bulb housing was messed up, they got it working somewhat right now but they said i need a new housing.... they called chevy and they said i have to get a whole new headlight housing assembly which runs $430.

Do I really need to do that, or can i get it somewhere else for cheaper. This is one of the problems where its not that big of a deal, but really annoying and i would love to fix it. But i'm not gonna spend 430 bucks so my blinker will work.

 

had this problem on my old chevy it was just the turning signal clicker try to replace that first

 

Our flashers are controlled by the BCM... so there isn't a flasher unit.

Anyways, buy a used housing from ebay or a member on here.
