heat and air not blowing

Its like the title say's my heat and air isn't blowing on any setting.

I can turn the vents from floor to face to defrost, I can adjust me temperature from hot to cold, turn the rear defrost on the recirculate and the air conditioner, But still whenever you turn the blower to any setting it doesn't work.

I figured it was just the HVAC control unit so I got another, it didn't work.
Did some more research found that the blower motor resistor and the blower motor commonly go out on these cars so the next cheapest and easiest thing to replace was the resistor.
Bought that popped it in and still no luck.
I know the control unit is getting power. I checked all the fuses they are good. There isn't any power going to the blower and I know the blower is good because I ran power straight to it and it turned on without making any funny noises.

Im at a loss for what to try next so hopefully you guys can shed some light on the situation.

thanks

Blower motor and/or resistor. I suggest replacing both while you are in there, far too often one failing ruins the other, and you will replace one and have everything working for a short time until it knocks out again, possibly damaging the part you changed.
