Heater

Well, love my 06 SS, but after I first got it, turns out the blower motor for the heater was going, so through my 60 day warranty they fixed it. Now, since it's getting much colder out (-2F} it turns out my heater doesn't really...heat. Defrosts the back window like a champ, but takes like 20 minutes to defrost the front, if I'm NOT in it. Plus, when the air is pointed at my pace and on 4, literally nearly NO airflow comes out.

Anyways, it's still under warranty and will be getting looked at Friday, just curious what it might be?

Try changing the cabin air filter. I had the same problems but with the AC, air didn't feel like it was getting cold because there was almost no air coming out. So I changed the cabin air filter and it works like a champ now. You should be able to pick one up for like $15 from autozone or any place like that.

Well it worked out, needed to re-calibrate the system to get it all workin, but it was free, so no damage done. I appreciate the advice though, I'll add that to my mental knowledgebase. =)
