help with dp

need help with downpipe.... so, i have always run a stock dp on my lsj. around march, i got a cel for my rear o2 sensor.. had it checked at autozone. i took it to the dealership bc the cats are on some sort of recall until 120000 miles if i remember correctly. well, they said the dp was fine, just my o2 sensor was bad. they were gonna make me pay around 400 just to have the sensor replaced.

so i just said forget it. and i rain it with a bad snesor and a cel for up until about a month ago when i ordered another dp and 02 sensor off of 2 different members. now my car seems to run richer than it did before. i have no afr gauge, but i can smell it and my dic says im getting 18 mpg with the ac off. i know those arent very accurate but i can tell the loss in mileage.

my question is what the problem might be. i replaced the sensor and dop myself. was there anything else thats needed to be done? any help is appreciated. oh and the stock dp was hollow when i pulled it off, so i guess it was ****. which explains the bad o2 sensor anyways.
thanks in advance
