Did you check for power at the ip ign fuse terminals yet or if the fuse is bad?

Hope you didn't fry the fuse box, would have to take it apart and look inside for a burnt out trace etc...

If the relay is good and with the key being turned you still don't have power at either terminal for the ip ign fuse ,I would say it's looking like the fuse box.

Let me know what you find.

Pull out the relay crank/run and check the contacts on it and the fuse box carefully looking for burning or if they are still shiny new.

Not 100 percent but I think the fuse box bus might be burnt out ,
Check the contacts for a bunch of the bigger fuses and see if they have power on them or not .
Same as last time remove the fuse and probe both sides for power a lot of the bigger fuse are fed directly from the battery.looks like any over 15 amp pretty well.

Let me know how many don't have power.

You have power on the terminal on the top of the fusebox? (for boosting the car)

Well then the fuel pump is not being told to turn on due to the problem with the fuse box.

Shouldnt be to hard.
If you can get it apart you might be able to fix it but might be best to replace it.

Did you check for power at the bigger fuses, how did that go.
