Help!! Pulley swaps problems!!

So I just got my billet flow pulley kit and i'm having some problems with it. I have already done two pulley swaps so i know what i am doing but this time its not working like it should. I

got the old one off fine, that was easy, now the hub from billet flow is being very difficult. The stud that goes into the snout of the S/C and the puller tool has broken off, actually i have

broken two of them. I have one more left but i need this car running thiss weekend. I'm going to try heating the end and going at it but does anyone else have a suggestion?!?! I also have

a 55 Ton press that i can use but i don't know how i would go about doing that with out damaging something. I need any advice you can give me, as long as its helpful.

DO NOT heat the supercharger snout. Make sure the snout is cold. Heat the billet hub in the oven for a few minutes. This will essetially make the hole inside the hub bigger (expansion of metal when it's hot). Take it out of the oven with gloves, and use your pulley installation tool to do it fairly quickly. The hub should go on a lot easier. Allow the pulley hub to cool down slowly, and proceed on with the rest of your swap!

The hub is halfway on the snout right now and my tool doesn't work to take it off. I'm thinking the hole is too small on the hub, i didn't have any of these problems with my other two pulleys. I'm going to have to use a ordinary pulley puller to get it off, or something.

Good Luck with that. Don't get frustrated with it and break something. Take your time.

Something has to be wrong with the hub because there is no way it should be that tight. Hopefully something works.
