Hesitation @ 4k rpm, now a MIL
On my way to work this morning I had to go up a hill so I accelerated to 4k in 2nd and noticed a little hesitation. Figured it was wierd but shifted into 3rd and kept on my way. I get to a stop and then accelerate away and shift to 2nd again and take it to 4k just to see if it does it again and sure enough it does it but not as bad as before. I'm not accelerating very hard either, maybe 5 lbs of boost if that for the entire trip.
So on my way home I am driving and leave from a stop and figure I will see if it does it again. Accelerate in 2nd up to 4k and take it a little past and sure enought it does it again but now the MIL is on. The car drives and sounds fine while cruising. But now when I shift into 2nd and 3rd at 3k it bucks a little, could just be me since I was a little worried that the light came on.
Any ideas as to what it may be? I have 26,000 on the car and it still has the stock fuel filter. I figure it would be alright to drive it seeing as the light isn't flashing, unless i hear otherwise from you guys.
btw I have a fuel filter sitting at work and I was going to change it when I do my oil change in a few days. And I will hook up the scanner and find out what code it is throwing tomorrow. Thanks

Update:
Well I took it for a little drive last night and shifted at 3k and the car ran perfect. Then this morning I started it and the MIL was off and the car ran like normal. I wanted to plug the scanner in but we don't have our Candi module so I couldn't grab the history and see what it was.
One thing I was thinking was that I washed the motor last week and I may have gotten the MAF a little wet. I don't really see how I could have but it was just something I thought of that may relate to the problem.
