Hesitation and white smoke during boost

Hey I'm hoping someone can help me here. I've tried searching and can't find anything.
I just installed a dual pass, option b and an additional front mount heat exchanger. It was running fine for the first couple days and then I noticed when I step on it the car will hesitate and white smoke will shoot out the exhaust. It only does it a couple times and then the car boosts fine, no hesitation and no smoke. I was under the impression that the intercooler was separate from engine so the head gasket should be ok unless I'm wrong and the operating temp of the car is around 90 - 104 so it's not overheating. I can't check the iat yet but my gauge is on the way. After a good run the supercharger seems to be cool so I think the option b is working and coolant is flowing through the heat exchanger and into the extra resivor so my pump is ok. My pulley is stock. Has anyone had this issue or heard of it? Any help would be great.

Any coolant dissappearing? Or not that much white smoke to be able to tell?

It seems like when it happens yeah there's coolant disappearing from the tank. But I've been driving it for a couple days now and been easy on the pedal and keeping the boost down and no coolant has gone missing. I noticed the hesitation starts around 4k mainly in 2nd gear at wot.

And the amount of white smoke is enough to notice out of the rear view mirror.
