hid fog lights flicker. what the hey??

so while I was switching out my stock headlight assemblies to some halo projectors I decided to throw some hids on the fogs. brand is xentec (if it even matters), direct plug and play. epoxied and secured the ballasts to the bottom of the headlight brackets tested everything out, worked good...(with the engine off), but recently it seems as though it get some sort of disturbance from the engine?? it flickers, I was certain I did everything 100% correct. the flickering isn't horrible, but noticeable. My ballast are placed in the same spot most cobalt owners have theirs.. any thoughts or did this happen to you?

did you try a relay harness? That way you get power directly from the fuse box terminal.

no I will look into that, but It shouldn't be a problem because the fogs are not attached to the drl.
