HID not working.

So last night I noticed that one of my bulbs in my brand new HID kit is not working. I checked everything over and have no clue where the problem is coming from.

The wiring is the same as the headlight that works, the stock headlight works when I plug it in, and there is a humming noise coming from the ballast like the headlight that works.

Does anyone have experience with HID headlights and can give me some guidance as to where I should look next?

I'm rather pissed since I paid almost $400 for these things and only had two working headlights for about 1 day...

I got them from GenkiTuning. It took forever to get here and they take at least a week to respond to my E-Mails about anything. I'm not very satistfied with their customer service or their product.

Either way I've ordered new Ballasts in the hope that, that fixes the problem.

They're on Auto. They worked fine for a day then the one kicked out and died on me.

Too late I already agreed to buy the German ones. We'll see though, I still haven't gotten a reply back from GenkiTuning....

Well I installed the new ballast and everything is back up and running. Headlights are aimed properly now too. I also replaced the ugly amber turn signals with nice white LED's. The car looks SICK now!!!

Nope. I know better than that.
