High/low beam issue

I installed some projectors with HID bulbs and ballasts into my stock headlight housing recently. Its a great retro setup but when I pull for my brights nothing happens. In fact I think the car is running brights all the time judging by the light output and washed out color of the 8k bulbs. Any ideas or experience with this?

Advice is much appreciated thanks

So you did a retrofit?

If this is the case, you'll need a bi-xenon setup.

Ya I was told it was a bi-xenon setup when I purchased it. and that it was tested before hand. I'm just wondering where in the wiring I could have gone wrong, or if somehow the relay is messed up b/c the lights work by all other means

Vacation bump. Hopefully I can get some ideas by the time I'm home
