k Ima keep this one short..

Superbowl night I'm cruisin after the game headin back to the crib and a dog starts runnin out into the road(I'm wishin now it woulda been a cat, I woulda squished that lil ****** ) So I swerve out of the way of the dog, but I shoot it 2 much an hop this curb pretty bad with my right wheels.. both of the wheels were hissing, Oh and my car shuts off
After a couple times, it turned back on, but a CEL popped up(P0101)

I got the wheels replaced(JUST bought these 4 wheels like 3 days prior) an the code's still there. So after lookin thru my car, an checkin ****, I couldn't find anything out of place, I disconnected my battery(last night) an today connected it back.

Went to start it(CEL was gone ) an we started up.... but stuttered an turned back off

Tried again..

Started real weak, stutters, I gas it a lil.. an it doesn't go past 4K an sounds horrible. I stop, an it kills itself.. I THINK I smell oil, but after I got out an back in, I didn't smell it again..

Everything still looks fine under the hood, and nuthin looks crazy in my oil. SO, I'm hopin 3rd time's the charm..

Key in.. (CEL again) try to start it, an it does this time! an everything's fine for about a second, but the Oil light came on, and the RPM's kept bobblin around 500-800.. DIDNT smell anything this time..


ONLY good thing that came out of this.. I found the back piece to my phone, it's been missing for about a week

I already have a tow truck coming tho, I was gonna take it up to the dealership out here to get some warranty work done(service air bag, and service traction kept poppin up randomly and a clicking noise whenever my a/c fan was on, no problems tho, just want that fixed..)



Hopefully... its nuthin 2 crazy.. HOPEFULLY.. cuz I didn't buy my rims or springs YET, and I dont wanna have to spend my mod money fixin the car back up

Btw.. I got a CAI,CP,catless DP, an Forge w/ a Trifecta tune if that makes any difference..

It reads as though this can be set by a dirty MAF ~ or a leak in the intake or a restriction in the exhaust.
It also reads as thoug ha loose connector could be the culprit.
~ it then goes into diagnostic procedures - and the techII is assumed to be handy..."

last superbowl i ran over a chinese girl and i realized that her guts were stuck inside my CAI clogging it, not letting my engine get enought AIR


make sure there are no dogs in your CAI

 

checked it last night, an today after this whole thing.. no cracks, no nuthin, and everythings sealed up fine..

I'm gettin the balt towed to a Caddy dealership btw.. hopefully I can get an XLR for a loaner... that would be nice

anyways tho.... it didn't really sound like that video.. but it was rough kind of like that.. but in addition to gurgling an strugglin to idle.. the tow truck's almost here tho, guy I talked to at the dealership said they're about to be done for the night soon but he'll give my car a quick run thru to see if he can spot anything..

maybe right about a leak somewhere bein PART of the problem.. but I doubt a dirty MAF sensor cuz of the same reason.. I took a pic of the IC(bottom) so yall can see.. but other than that.. or maybe my cold side pipe busted somewhere where I cant see it? I dunno..

if it looks stock... its cuz it is the only damage I see on the underside is the lil air dam got disconnected on the passenger side an its hangin low.. easy fix tho

I got that code once. One of the wires to the maf had been rubbing against something and the resistance in the wire changed and started throwing codes. Or.. something along those lines. Anyway it was an easy fix once the dealer found it.

 

I'm hopin its somethin like that.. like really, cuz I got **** I'm tryin to buy... was GONNA buy, like literally, all I had to do was hit "confirm purchase" on a couple pages an a chunk of money was fend be out my pockets... but I'm hopin its somethin simple an easy

If there was enough contact to knock that loose I'd bet it cracked your end tank.

 

I bashed the **** out of a cat. I got super lucky. The ****** hit my license plate and spattered it's brains all over my front bumper but nothing got damaged.

I would also check the map sensor on your cold side also, it being on the passenger side and all. I think those can also throw a p0101, not 100% sure though.

 

I can't really check anything right now.. my car's at the dealership.. they said my balt should be first in line, but Ima def bring some of this stuff up
