Okay i got hit on the right side of my rear bumper it was more the like a scratch but with a scuff it has a hole on the side. i got an estimate of $479 but what the **** i rather get a new bumper its like 300$.. if anyone can help with my situation any knows someone selling an original ss rally yellow.. bumpers year 2005 2dr coupe 2.0 SS? write to me

 

Believe me, its cheaper to fix... I had to fix and repaint mine 4 months after I got mine

Just out of curiosity why did you settle at 400? Should have taken his info, when and got an estimate, then just gave him the bill if he wanted to pay out of pocket? Just call him and say you need the difference.. if not then go through the insurance. If you were rear ended it no fault to you.


Also to note i got re-ended on my left bumper.. pretty much a scuff.. with indents. I called my insurance, and they said to just get a quote.. was quoted at about 800 bucks, for a strip fix and repaint of the whole thing. The inurance told me to get it done, and i didn't have to worry about anything.
