I need help...several problems with my balt

my radio is saying locked again after i already brought it to the dealer a few months back to get fixed. My steering wheel has a thump in it when I go over bumps or on gravel roads. Also my right passenger speaker stops working most of the time. My question is I have a stereo installed in my car, it's just one sub and installed with a line output converter so i still am using the factory deck. I'm not sure if I should take it out or not when bringing it in for the speaker and radio problem. Also I have 17 inch rims on my car, should I take them off when bringing it in for the steering thump?

I would take them out. Some dealers will see a mod as an opportunity to get out of doing warranty work.
