I think i got a Clutch problem

Clutch is really really tight. Gears are easy to shift into and can do little circles with the stick in gear. Cant tell if its slippin or not. Clutch was really really loose before this happen and you had to slam the stick to get them into gear. We slammed it hard enough to make the engine jump big time and after that the clutch pedal started getting tight as i stated above.

Taking it into a Dealership next week and see what they can do. Just bought the car used last month. Ive only put on 2k miles on it so far..

Edit: and it seems im getting alot more boost faster then what i should.

Well. I'm not sure what you mean by 'boost faster than you should.' Boost on an SC is instantaneous, there is no spool. Are you overboosting? What's your gauge read?

On your issue, it is almost decidedly not your clutch slipping. A slipping clutch feels like you have slid the car into neutral accidentally -- basically you hit the gas, and the tach goes up, and nothing happens. It may also catch at a certain point in which case the RPMs would drop, etc.

I would say it is possibly something to do with your linkage. Are you able to easily pull it OUT of gear while you are driving, without pressing the clutch?

Forget about the boost just was over thinking the problem. Isnt over boosting it still only gets 10ish psi.

And yes its really easily to shift it out of gear without pushing down the clutch. Maybe hit a bump to hard and it could of cause this?

I'd check all your linkage going from the shifter into the top of the transmission. Get someone to fidget with the shifter while you are watching your tranny in the engine bay and see if anything weird is getting hit as he goes through the gears.

I had all kinds of weirdo problems when dipsh*t techs ran my brake booster line wrong and it got pinched when I went into 1st, 3rd or 5th. Some were similar to what you are describing, the clutch itself being tight -- not sure.

Clutch play is very relative, but if I'm thinking correctly it should fall to the floor if it has failed. Is it holding the power okay? Meaning -- if you're going XXmph in 3rd gear and floor it, the transmission keeps up with the engine?

And stock boost on the SC is ~ 12-13 psi.
