Installed TVS now car surges and then dies

I installed my TVS today. getting at all the bolts was a nightmare. i had to remove the fuel rail to get at the top ones and the bottom ones i used a swivel. I am 99% sure i put everything back right but the car surges up to 3 grand when i first start it. It dies down a little and surges some more. Finally dies after 30 seconds or so. The car appears to build boost while its doing this. The gauge goes up to 0 or a little more. It got dark outside so i decided to post up here and see if anyone can point me in the right direction. I used a new supercharger gasket. Can anyone point me toward what this might be.

massive vacuum/boost leak. recheck your work. tvs may not be properly seated, hung up on the sensor on the left by the top rad hose, or on the postioning sleeves. Or the gasket in upside down. Or plumbed wrong to the boost controller. etc.

I ran out and felt around to see if the TVS was all the way down on the manifold and its way up on the bottom right corner. Thanks for the quick reply Powell. I was thinking i didn't have a sensor hooked up correctly but you nailed it with the TVS not being seated.

spray some brake cleaner around the SC to check for a large vacuum leak.

I did trim the sensor and angled it. The problem was with the swivel and bit i was using. I thought the front bolts were tight and they were no where near it. Those bolts are a pain in the ass. It felt like they were but it kept slipping out of the bolt. All fixed now. Just gotta change the gap on my plugs. I got spark blowout at 5k earlier.
