Intake manifold removal?
Intake manifold removal?
When taking off the intake manifold is there 5 bolts and 2 nuts .... or are there 5 bolts up top and 2 below and 2 nuts? I was looking at the one with the pics and it says only 5?
I've taken off the 5 bolts and 2 nuts but it's really hard to get the manifold off still, I've used a pry bar and got it off as much as possible .... Unfortunately not enough though.
I'll wait to hear back so that I don't take the IC pump off for nothing.

You are missing the elusive one! You must take the alternator to get access to. Its right below the intake manifold and you can see it from the passenger side when the alternator is off. Use the search bottom to look for pictures. I was on the same thing a couple of days ago. Good luck

For anyone else who is reading this post the bolt is the one facing the passenger side.
