ah thats awsome! so thats how people tune there cars, and add interceptors?
also can you get intercepters that get power from that connection?

Well I have been in talks with Aeroforce. They said they had a chance to take a look at the interceptor I sent back. They dont believe it was programmed for my car. (maybe a redline?) he said they will reprogram it and test it on another cobalt this week and if that works they will send this one back to me. I so hope it still works as if it doesnt I will be mighty pissed as I ordered it 3 weeks ago and have yet to be able to use it. Anyway we will see where this goes and I will update accordingly

 

Well I got the aeroforce interceptor back today from Todd. Only problem is they DIDNT SEND ANY OF THE CABLES BACK... So I have an interceptor I cant use right now... I did email him and he said "I found your wires and will ship them back ASAP". So I am still Interceptorless as far as IM concerned, and cant check to see if what they did fixed the problem yet. Its definately the same one, as I wrapped the side in Electric take to get it to hold in the A pillar and some of the adhesive still shows. Anyway, when I get the cables I will update as far as if it works or not....

 

Thanks for the update...I thought you should know that I had to send my back as well. The display stopped working but eveything else was okay like the shift light and the blue backlight still came on. I think the new gauges are defective IMO

 

np, I really hope they have it situated though, because I dont want to have to send it back again.... Hopefully Ill get the cables back soon, and I will hook it up for the moment of truth. Right now I have my boost gauge discoed so its kinda lonley in that section of my car lol.

 

I got the cables in the mail today hooked it up and it works great. Lots of kool features very awesome, and the screen looks gorgeous and you can invert it so have the writing dark with a bright background or vise versa very nice, and works great.

 

Do you know what they did to fix it? I just ordered mine yesterday.

Its currently in the mail back to them again due to the LCD screen issue though

Hopefully it will be fixed once and for all this time, its an awesome device when its working

 

umm so you know , with out a ground source between both cars , it shouldnt work

since the battery has to make a complete circuit , and power from 1 car and ground from another , it wont work

i miss having the interceptor gauge , had to give it back it was a tester
