Interceptor issue.

I just got in on the interceptor group buy from NGA. I bought one interceptor to replace the older version that I had as a primary. I paired the new one along with a secondary interceptor that was programmed as such. Problem is that at startup of the car, they don't light up unless I remove and replace the obd2 cable, and the settings revert back to initial setup everytime I have to remove the cable.

Any help would be appreciated.

take out the jumper on the back of the gauges as it is not required on the cobalts for normal functionality.
