Hey guys, so I bought some dual interceptors used the other week and was just able to do an install. When I plug everything in they both turn on with 2 red lights at the top and a red screen, but nothing on the screen. They stay lit for about 7 seconds then shut off for 7 then repeat. Has this happened to anyone else?

hmmmmmm, have you tried contacting them? there is a chance you just got a faulty product, also try pressing both buttons to go to the menu when it turns on

 

Yeah, I thuink I figured it out. I bought the PT and I need the CN...If they won't take it back, i guess some interceptors will be up for sale
