best thing you can do is check all the fuses, just to make sure, get ur pulller and pull them all, the only thing is it has to be a fuse, so you need to check those

Get a new one. I am not sure how to test it but I would try a same sized, different relay in the intercooler slot and see if the pump works.

Yeah, you'll prolly have to get one from GM. I would pull the relay right next to it, put it in place of the intercooler relay. See what happens when you flip the switch.

The pins should be different, that wouldn't work.

The mod that Wop posted involved taking out the relay and running jumpers in place of them. If you were messing with the wiring with the power still connected and the relay still in, it could be the relay. Use the jumper set up like Wop showed and if the pump works, then it is the relay. Buy a new one from the dealership.

yea yea i know...dont do this **** with the battery connected BUT i'm a HUGE mechanical guy but when it comes to wireing i'm about 70% as confident when compared to doing somethin mechanical with the car.

ALSO the dealer is fixin it cuz i blew the "intercooler fuse block"... I had no idea the intercooler had its own fuse block!

it'll be back tomorrow.
