intermittant start problems

08 ss/tc been in and out of dealer service since september so far they have replaced the comp, the pos switch on the clutch, other misc ignition parts, the prob is that one day ill go out and it will start right up ill drive to wherever and it wont start back up to go home, when i turn the key i can hear a relay? in the dash engage the headlights go off as normal. like today i parked it last night and it wont start for me today at all, but i could go out in the morn and it starts no prob. as for the dealer i take it to ive had to many probs w them in the past and have no faith in them but i think im stuck taking it to them as when i first took it in it was under original warenty but is now into the powertrain. if anyone has any ideas it would be appreceated its gotten to the point where this is greatly costing me since im laid off atm and missed an interview today since it wouldnt start.

Check the battery terminal connections. My terminals were loose and the ground was loose. Caused intermittent starting

I see that you have been working extensively with your dealership and are still not getting results; I will be privately messaging you shortly to learn more information to see if there is any way I can assist.

When you say the car doesn't start you have to be more specific.
Is it turning over without running?
Do you here the fuel pump running when you turn the key to the on position without trying to start it?

If its not turning over and not hearing the starter click open up the hood bang or shake the fuse box and try it again.
If it still doesn't start open up the trunk and shake the battery cables and try again.

You could also try and use your other key incase there's something wrong with it.

the starter could be going bad smack it with a hammer if you an get to it or find sumthin to hit it with while someone else tries to start it if this does not work take a jumper wire from the positive to the negative terminals ON THE STARTER and and it should turn over if not u might have a bad starter hin hint the hammerin the starter could take 5 or 6 min and if it does start then you have a bad starter
