is it only when the car is in "auto" mode? does it still do it when you turn it 2 clicks to on?

Is it just doing it while your car is sitting in park or while driving?

If it's while driving, sometimes on shitty roads some hid ballasts don't have very good vibration resistance so the lights tend to flicker when you go over bumps.

you need a relay for your HIDs to work properly, if you do not have a relay the stepup voltage from the ballasts will fry your fuses and melt your wires, or possibly not work at all.

drawing that much direct current COULD have caused flickering in the lights in tune with the alternator, but i'm not sure.

i'd need more details to really know.

i wouldn't be too worried - check your fuses, replace the ones that are surely blown now.

then just don't fire the HIDs until you can get them properly setup with a relay, etc.

it's just a standard automotive relay.

i would tell you exactly what it was, what voltage, etc, but i don't have one handy.

look online at HID stores, or try to look up a HID guy locally.

i had a problem with my HID relay, and i searched around my town and got the number for a guy that sells the kits, and he just sold me a relay with a whole new harness for like $20.

Go to 3B spec. and order yourself a relay harness, and apparently a new set of bulbs or a ballast.
