it was under warranty. i took it back to two different dealerships and had gm reps come to look at it twice. i took it back 11 times and they still couldnt fix it. i bought the car in febuary 08 and it still leaks to this day. but feb 16th of last month is when they finally started the buyback. friday i go to pick up a new car. but Gm is the biggest pain to deal with over the phone because you get no where. just tell them you want them to buy it back. if they dont throw the lawyer word around. your going to have to be persistant with them and make sure your car meets the guidlines for the lemon law in your state.

what i did was, find out what the lemon law is for your area and make sure it applies to your problem. then call gm and tell them your problem. talk to Gm about it and try to get a Gm rep to come look at. after that if the problem is still not fixed call gm try to get them to buy it back. its not going to be easy but you will build up a case file and it will always be on record.
