LNF boost problems

Hi, my car is an 09 lnf with catback, zzp intercooler, and tune .

Last night i went to a friends house to swap a few parts with him.

i installed the following

-zzp intercooler
-zzp upper
-zzp lower
-k&n Typhoon intake

HERE COMES THE HEADACHE!!!!!!!

everything was tight and installed correctly but when i started the car it immediately threw codes and the information screen said "ENGINE POWER REDUCED"

CODES

p0091
p1070
p1060

I cleared the codes and reset the ecu and it drove completely fine until i stopped for about 5 minutes at the store and it started acting up again and had no power . i could barely go 50 mph.

I went back and re installed all of the stock parts minus the intercooler and it still was acting up and throwing the same codes so i limped it home due to it being 2am by this time.

today i found a piece of the harness that had rubbed itself to bare wire. i repaired the harness and plugged it back in and the car and the codes where gone.

pic below

the car appeared to be running great ,however now when i go WOT it would only hit 15 psi and it was sounding like it had a boost leak.

upon testing for boost leaks i found out that the nipple on the lower charge piping was broken

see pic below

I fixed the broken nipple with a new vaccum nipple and epoxy and now the Car will only make 5lbs of boost.

I am out of ideas and need some help on how to correct this problem.

anyone have any idea of what else it would be?

Is there a way you can check to make sure the epoxy did not plug up the nipple?
If i remember correctly that line runs to your wg solenoid right?

Also check again to make sure that is your only boost leak, When I changed my intercooler I ended up changing all my hose clamps to t-bolt clamps because I kept getting small boost leaks.

yes it does run to the wg solenoid .

i checked by blowing air through the nipple, it definitley isnt plugged with epoxy .

as far a t bolt clamps i have all of those and they are on there tight.

ive even tried the stock map sensors and thats not the issue either.

i am clueless now.

Unplug the battery and plug it back in? Maybe it's throwing itself into limp cause the intake temps are too cold lol?

So you currently are using 3 bar map sensors? You have it tuned for those sensors right or gms1 tuned?

My main concern is that the air blowing through the nipple is limited.

It all came down to the lower map sensor having a bent prong . -__-

I double checked everything but must have overlooked it
