'05SSSC

So I think this post may be somewhere else but it involved rain and wasn't specific enough for me. I have an '05 SS/SC. When I do pulls in 2nd gear, it revs up to redline fine. However, when i try to rev past 4000 RPM in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear, it sort of sticks at that RMP and doesnt go higher. I think it might be a dirty/broken MAF sensor or a dirt throttle body. Can anyone tell me if im in the right direction or if it could be something else?
