Loss of power with A/C on...
i drive a 2007 LS manual. whenever i have the air on it feels like i lose power. it takes longer to get my RPMs up and when i shift, the clutch/gas pedal timing is different. i know running A/C will decrease power but i also know it shouldnt be this bad. anyone else with this problem, heard of it, any ideas? please help me out here
um, lol, any car with the ac on is gonna dog it, my work truck is slow as **** to accelerate from a roll with the ac on and it's a 6. with an 8 maybe you won't notice it as badly, but you drive a 4 cylinder...lol.
mine doesent do it that bad, but I do notice a low humming sound recently now. if I have the AC on high i dont hear it, but when i turn the fan to 1 setting i hear it. When I turn the AC off, it goes away. This just started happening this summer, think maybey my AC clutch is starting to go or something?
