Lost all gears! Help

I have a 2006 Chevy Cobalt SS, and about 2 months ago I was driving through the snow and heard a slight bang come from underneath. Ever since that point, 2/4/R were slightly tough to get into. It became worse as time went on. Today, 1st became a little rough, 2nd gear went out, so I had to go right into 3rd. Tried to compression brake coming to a stoplight into 2nd gear and had nothing there again. When I went to leave the stoplight, I had no gears whatsoever, and still can't get into them, not even Reverse. I put the car on some jackstands to check the linkage, and the linkage is on and the shifter moves the top and bottom linkages. What I did notice was there's pressure moving the shifter left and right, but it feels like it "free-*****" top to bottom with no resistance. I did notice the roller pins on the top linkage are sticking out slightly over a 1/16", maybe an 1/8". I still have fluid in the master cylinder and pressure in the clutch Would I lose all gears if the top roll pins are broken? What else could be wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

TIA,
Nathan

Roll pin shattered. Replaced it today and it shifts better than when I first bought it!
