Low coolent

My car keeps telling me LOW COOLANT but when i pop my hood my coolant is full. Am i looking at the right thing. The clear container on the right hand side? Let me know thanks.

just put just a little water in there like half a glass or something not even sometimes it makes that little of a diff i find at least for my car

mine does it every couple weeks... idk if its just from bleeding the ottp h/e or what.. never takes much tho

Mine only does it when the outside temperature gets below 50 degrees or so. It does not do it all the time. It is very random.

^^^^^ mine does the exact same thing......im thinkn about toppn it off when i do my oil. do i just go buy some coolent and add it in? if so what kind?

when I first got my car it did this, took a cup of water and added it to the resovoir and it hasn't said it since.

yea if your not gonna use water make sure you use the dexcool for gm vehicles... dont wanna mix different coolants...
