Question lowering the cobalt

if i buy the lowering springs and take it to the dealer would they install it for me and therefor that wont affect my warrnty

i highly doubt that.....

some how voided suspension warrenty comes to mind......
that would including andhitn to do with shocks, stearing, tires, anything in the suspension...

No, a dealer will not warranty aftermarket springs. If you are not going to install them yourself, take it to Sears Auto. I'm completely serious. Sears Auto is a authorized retailer of Eibach springs, and they can do the alignment, and they will warranty at least that part of the job.

I swore to god I would never take any car of mine to Sears ever again. Doesn't matter tho, Sportlines are going on this weekend with a buddy's help!
