as long as the LE5 car is a Manual, yes

Why not just buy a ZZP downpipe? If you are looking for gains in performance that would be more worth your while

 

aftermarket would def be a better decision unless you are pressed for funds.

get the 2.5 inch with the high flow cat. make sure to buy a 90 degree elbow and a couple spark plug non foulers to extend the rear 02 sensor away from the exhaust flow. the high flow cat will almost certainly give you a p0420 code without this trick.
