The bango bolt that holds the metal cooling line from reservoir, does it have 1 or2 washers with it?

Copper right and if so is there a certain way to align the bolt into the head?

yes/carefully, release the tab locating bolt to the head the other end of the line so you dont cross thread the bolt.
