LSJ manifold issue

I just bought an LSJ manifold on here. One of the studs is missing off of the manifold. I know i can get a new set, but can I just take my old ones and reuse them?

How do those bastards come out?

I'm just doing an LS to LSJ manifold swap. I see that the studs screw in but what do I use to get them in and out.
