I have a problem that has plagued my car for a while, it is intermittent, doesn't do it every day of the week.

When driving my car, once it is properly warmed up, and I'm cruising for example at 2500 rpm's in 2nd gear (lets say 1/4 gas? idk 1/8 maybe). If i try to speed up quickly, say 1/2 or 3/4 gas, i get no power for a couple of seconds, and then my car lurches forward with a surge of power.

Happens more frequently after a full throttle run that leads into cruising at a set speed, but not always, can happen simply driving around town with no hard runs.

Modifications That could relate to this issue:
- 1 Step colder NGK Coppers (Changed multiple times since this started, also tried stock heat range)
- e85 Tune (Dyno Tune done @ ZZP in Michigan)
-Smaller pully (i think 2.7?)
-ZZP Cat Back
-ZZP Downpipe w/high-flow cat
-80# Injectors
-New Fuel Filter

Possibly the air-flow censor? Had that problem on a Malibu and it got to the point where my car hesitated to get up hills. But it would mostly do it on hills..

Misfire?

Injectors? Have you had those checked?

I would suggest the maf as well, mine went bad and fuked up my hole tune cuz we didnt knw at the time and tuned on a bad maf ... But ya it might be ur maf .. Mite need a retune after u replace it tho
