LSj tranny problems

ok as some of ya know i got a new tranny and clutch under powertrain. the dealership sucks cause they put a nice scratch down the middle of it and denied it, of course. i also installed a zzp clutch rod/master cylinder. well this happened on wensday. our town got about 12" of snow in one night, i went to try to get out and head to work and ended up getting stuck. i rocked the car, then my boss helped me push it out and got stuck again. this time we hooked a tow rope to the back frame and he draged it out. well ever since this hass happened, its a pain to drive my car. i seriousely have to slam the clutch pedal to the floor and put all my wieght on it to get it into gear. when im at a stop ill push the clutch in and when i barely put pressure on the shifter to go into first, it well start to go forward! reverse is a pain as well, it seems like i have to use both of my hands to get it in gear. sometimes it grinds as well. ever since i got this new tranny and clutch, i've been hearing a flopping/ticking noise in the tranny. when i engage the clutch it goes away. once i let go, it starts again. but when i pump the clutch it well go away...most of the time......what ya guys think?

Sounds like the clutch isn't disengaging all the way.... on every standard car ive had if you try and force the shifter into 1st without pushing in the clutch ....the car will start to move forward . Sounds like clutch drag ..... bleed the system .... and ask if they replaced the clutch master cylinder when they did the job.
