LSJ Turbo Losing Power after 6,400rpms

Im having problems when we push the boost to 22 pounds with tunning the car puts 370hp but when the car hit the 6.400-6.800 rpms lose horsepower. I m going to try to bring the 370 graph to you guys to see it.

The guy at the dyno tell me that the tune is not my problem, what you guys think?

here are the graph with the power that has right now, he lower the boost to 19.50 because there the car doesn't drop that much hp.

i cant see the graph but sounds like you're hanging the exhaust valves open to me. exhaust backpressure will keep the valves open and cause a power loss... i'd blame valve springs...

Now the car is throwing white smoke out of the exhaust. I think is the turbo but I also make a compression test and here are the results:

Piston1: 151
#2 : 195
#3: 180
#4 185

i bet those numbers are rediculously low on a cold test... either cracked piston/broken ringland or broken ring(s)

motor has to come apart no mater what tho

*edit*
might have gotten lucky and just effed up a head gasket.. was the plug from #1 insanely clean? it'd be worth pulling the head to look at.

The plugs were clean only 3 a little wet not oily

edit*

The car is running like normal the only thing is the white smoke coming out the exhaust. I m thinking the turbo is F*#% too, maybe the car can cruise without the smoke if I make a rebuild of the turbo. Or what you guys think?
