MAF Help

So I went to remove my MAF to clean it and the screws are seized up. I have a full set of torx bits and am sure that none of them will fit. Any ideas? Help!

If the torx gets stripped remove the intake ,but if you can get a hand drill in there drill off the heads of the screws( the torx hole will keep the drill centered).
Use a bit bigger than the threaded part would be but smaller than the screw head.
Once the heads pop of remove the maf and use a vise grip on the studs that are left to unscrew them.
Apply wd 40 or some kind of loosened on the studs to help removal .

Thanks for the help. I am a bit nervous about drilling those screws out and may just leave it be for time being. I appreciate the detailed responses.
