Misfire all cylinders post-header leak fix....WTF?

I had a small leak near my #4 primary on my header top far driver side bolt. Got together with a buddy and we went thru each bolt 1 by 1 to find it. Great, no more leak..... BUT! Now I have a sporadic idle and misfires in all four cylinders. I just replaced my O2 sensor last summer before my warranty expired, but that is the only thing I can think of. HPT scans show my O2 B1S1 as a flat line, then a jump high, then a dive low, long flat line, repeat as opposed to the normal peak and valley rhythm. My low end timing is running 20-25* when the tune is commanding teens and nothing on the tune has changed, even reflashed it to be safe. I'm tired of ******* with the car today, but anyone have any other ideas before buying my 4th 02 sensor? It's just ironic how I fix my leak and now I have this.

If it's not one thing it's another with this car lately.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but all cars get to that point.

I find it very hard to believe all 4 of my 2 month old plugs are bad, all at the same time. I have a quick scan of the idle tho. Shoot me your email **EDIT** seen it in your sig. Will email you when I get back from the postoffice

Also, it'll idle at 1.2-1.5k rpm if I throw it in neutral til I come to a stop, then it'll slow down to my commanded 850rpm, sit for a sec then bounce up to 1.8k, down to almost stall and slowly teeter todder back down to 850 with a rough idle.......

If it's not one thing with my car, it's another slowing me down.

Sorry I couldn't resist.

We are making some great progress and more has happened in the last 6 weeks than has happened in a long time.

common issue. every time I get my header leak fixed I have similar problems. Also I got this when I put the header on. Simply pull one side of the terminal off your battery, wait 30, hook it back up and your good to go.

Let's hope it's that easy Xenozx. Sending my scans/tune your way Raven. My car has had this tune since the TVS was installed in the end of March and haven't had coastdown issues yet... Let me know what you see.

Ok, update.

I cleaned the tb, checked my plugs, disconnected the battery over night, and nothing. Still same damn choppy idle

would it be possible that the coil packs are acting up?

I looked at your tune over at hptuners. It has a few things in it I dont like, for starters your ifr table looks like its off

Hmm, well, cylinder #2 did have some bronze hue to the "whatever it is the coil pack tube sits in is called", but it cleaned up w/o issue. No oil on theplugs

So that could be causing some of the trouble. Wonder why all of the sudden tho.

Alright, I redid my tune for better IFR's, and it's still a messed up idle. I don't know what could be causing it other than bad coil packs. The only code I throw is po1182 Supercharger Inlet Pressure Performance Error. Replaced it and no change.

Anyone?

Well, that's another possibility I haven't gotten around to checking yet.
