need 2.4L intake manifold kit help!!!

I have an 07 2.2L and I put the 2.4L manifold kit on. The MAP sensor will not go into the hole on the new intake manifold. I bought the kit used, does the new kit come with a new map sensor?

what do I do?

You need to drill out the MAP sensor hole a little because you have an '07.

Shouldn't be too big of a deal, just an annoyance.

Good luck. You should have some nice top end power once you get things sorted out.

got it all on and the car is running like a champ. The only problem is I think I dremeled the hole a lil too big so the map sensor is kind of loose. If it moves just a lil bit u can hear the air shooting out. I popped it off one time and the car started to go into limp mode. lol

I am going to try and get a bigger O ring hopefully!

Yeah, enlarging the MAP hole is the biggest issue with the swap. I hope you can find an Oring, it would suck to have to RTV the sensor in place.

I mean that if you cant get an o-ring or something to seal the MAP in place that youre going to need to use RTV(silicone) to seal/hold the MAP in place.
