wow who knew after 6 months of buying this car completely stock from the dealership that this is how it all goes down.
when i first bought it i noticed the clutch was going out. no biggy i just put in a spec stage 3 clutch and fiddy flywheel. also while i was there i put stage 2 axels and zzp trans mounts. i noticed 2nd gear start to slowly become hard to shift in overtime. so i hold it in gear and let off the clutch slowly this works for a while. until it just no longer even feel like theres 2nd gear. so i read that the shifter cables need to be adjusted. i take it to the dealership and have them do this.
i call them 2 days later and WOW he said there was a bolt missing in the trans mount. the trans was cocked and the trans bellhousing was cracked. he asked me many times if i replaced the clutch or took out the trans. i told him NO. for warranty issues. but i know theres only a matter of 1 or 2 days where stuffs about to go down. he said theres prolly no way its getting warrenty.
i have no idea what im gonna do. i need advice and help please

 

With those mods you must race it,So why would you be even asking what your going to do.

You Lied to the dealer when there is no way to hide the facts of what you did to the car and you
are now going to Pay for your poor workmanship(Tranny mount, bolt falling out) and abuse to the car.

What do you expect to hear ?

 

They are required to look for abuse, etc. They want to do warranty work but they have to prove to GM that it is a defect. The dealership gets paid to fix defects
