I did my part and ran test for code...heres results

What should I do? Is it anything THAT serious or easy fix?

Thanks so much.

Out of curiosity.....why was your car in the impound lot?

Sorry that I can't be of help.....I don't own an SS/TC. I was just curious.

Youch. Did you have to pay for each day it was in the lot? Here recently I walked outside to the suprise of my car being towed........luckily I talked to the tow truck driver and he agreed to drop it for the price of $150. Apparently, my condo's management had called the tow truck company to come tow my car b/c I had dead tags. BUT, the thing was....they actually weren't dead. I had renewed them on time last year.....but the DMV had just failed to send me new stickers. But i've spoken with both the tow truck driver and the real estate place, and they brought my case before the board of supervisors.........b/c the tow truck driver said that if I could bring valid proof to the real estate place that my tags were in fact legit at the time of the tow, that I could have my $150 refunded. Well I went to the DMV and got proof and presented it to the real estate place.........so now i'm just waiting to hear back from them. But yeah, what I was getting at is, if I hadn't walked outside to find my car being towed, they would have charged me $150 for the tow, $150 the first two days, and then $250 a day for each day I didn't come get it off the lot.

dammmmmn son
no i didnt pay
like i said once court was over my lawyer
confronted them and they admitted they were wrong
therefore no tow fine for me
but even if it was legit...it wouldnt have been a daily fee
since it was impounded by the city not a tow company
see, the pd has their own lot
so if pd takes your car...its just a one time fee...well at least here it is

ANYWAY!!! I NEED HELP WITH THIS CODE...ANYONE?!
oh btw ssbalt i wasnt cuttin you off lol i just need this fixed

take the positive cable off the battery for i believe 5 minutes might be 15 minutes. and then put it back on and try the car then. that can also clear codes or atleast worked with my engine code.

Sounds like the battery is weak after sitting for 2 months. Happens all the time with vehicles sitting on the lot to long...The Techs charge the battery and clear the code.....and presto!

if the car is under warranty i always suggest having a professional take a look at it. it may turn out to be nothing it may turn out to be a serious issue.

not sure about the code, but there was a recall on a bunch of the 08 tc's front rotors. the reason for the recall was a vibration in the steering wheel during braking. not sure if the recall applied to any of the 09's but I had it done on my car.

Listen, use your warranty. This is a known issue. I had just had my fuel pressure sensor replaced. Welcome to the wonderful world of Bosch FSI systems. VW's and Audi's Have the same problems.

They only had my car a couple hours....The dealer is right next to my work so I'm not sure how long it actually took, but I dropped it off at 8 and it was ready by 10:30
